I have to tell you that when I gave you and 11,441 other
folks my daily routine last week, I had 1000 requests for the Energy Drink I made
mention of which I forgot to include.
So this week I'm going to do a double whammy with this message. I'm going to
give you the ENRGY Drink and it's a potent one. It has no garbage in it like
the ephedra, guarana or the like. I call it a "hitter without a jitter"!

Now about the ENERGY Drink:
When you read my schedule last week, you'll notice I take this when I get up
from my nap and right before my workouts. But if it's more convenient for you
to take it in the morning instead of that major health hazard of COFFEE, then
why not? And if you like to go to the gym (or whatever type of exercise you
like to do, i.e. running, swimming, etc.) before you go to work, then by all
means take it when you feel it would be best suited for you!
I have 5 supplements that go into it and believe me when I tell you that you'll
be looking for something to do and the endurance is fabulous.
Here are the 5 supplements:
1. Ginseng Capsules
2. CoQ10 = 60 mgs
3. Niacin = 500 mgs (you'll come alive big time with this amount.)
4. Either 2 Fruit or 2 Vegetable Capsules you can get from a dear friend of
mine and an honest to goodness sweet soul, Margaret Halverson @ 888-816-2543.
Let her know I mentioned for you to call. Now the Fruit Capsules can be used
in the morning drink or the Vegetable Capsules can be used in the afternoon
drink. And or both if you like. Just don't have this within 6 hours of bedtime
or you'll be staring at the ceiling and walls all night.
5. Neutralizer Water which has a BioVite Energy source to it which is revolutionary

Here's what to do. If it's your morning drink then use some fresh fruit that's
in season. Right now I use mangoes (naturally). I put 1-2 mangoes in the Vitamix
and then 2 Capsules of CoQ10 + 2 Capsules of Ginseng + 2 Fruit Capsules + 1
Niacin Capsule + one half ounce of the Neutralizer Water and remember to ALWAYS
empty the Ingredients in the Capsules into the drink throwing away the empty
Capsules. Those gnarly Capsules are a paste in the body and aren't worth a hoot
for you.
Blend for about 30 seconds and drink. Right after that, I usually put some
lotion on and then go out and jump on my trampoline to get started as believe
me, it's not a good idea to try and sit around as it's such a waste of a great
thing. Then my fitness program varies with the weather and the say of the week.
BUT I ALWAYS DO SOMETHING! If we are trying to teach a message of mastery in
whatever we do, then I think it would be a good idea to let the dignity of our
example with our most prized possession (our health)! Wouldn't you agree?
Now if you are going to do this in the afternoon, then I would put 1 Tomato,
1 Cucumber and 2 stalks of Celery into your Vitamix with 2 Capsules of CoQ10
+ 2 Capsules of Ginseng + 2 Vegetable Capsules + 1 Niacin Capsule + one half
ounce of the Neutralizer Water and remember to ALWAYS empty the Ingredients
in the Capsules into the drink throwing away the empty Capsules. Those gnarly

I said that twice but I do want to impress upon you that those Capsules are
like paste. Put them in a glass of water and let sit for a couple minutes and
then put your hand in the and then you decide if you want that stuff in your

MIKE McKELLER, = "Extreme Mike" bridges the gap between you and the

skydiving, riding airboats and stunt planes because you're afraid of the risks,

Mike's inspirational story is one of a man who has triumphed in the face of
overwhelming odds. Born with a neuromuscular disorder which did not allow the
muscles in his limbs to develop completely, Mike spent his early life making
the necessary mental and physical adjustments to keep up with his adventuresome
family and friends, only to be devastated at the age of fifteen by an injury
which occurred in surgery and left him physically paralyzed from the neck down.
Pure grit and determination saw Mike through grueling physical therapy every
day for five years, until he had regained enough of his strength to achieve
physical independence. More importantly, the lessons in overcoming fear that
he learned along the way have enabled him to do exciting things that others
have only read about.
Though he still uses a wheelchair, Mike participates in scuba diving, skydiving
and various other extreme sports. He has turned his passion for adventure into
a TV show, called "Extreme Mike", which recently aired on PBS and
was nominated for an Emmy. His mission is to teach others to have the same adventurous

GORDON BURGETT played minor league baseball (as the smallest professional,
living catcher); has competed in 130 running road races (from 5Ks to ultra-marathons)
since turning 40 (but has yet to win); finished six triathlons (well behind
the pack); ran 50 miles when he was 44, 47, and 50; has cycled his age in miles
every year since turning 60 (cycling 63-100 kilometers-last Saturday); will
cycle the 185-mile C & O Canal next week, and led a gold hunt up the Paushi-Yaco
