"Constipation No More Recipe"
4-22-01

The top of the day to you.

Well I got to tell you, I never knew that as I grow older & better and NOT old and bitter, that I would hear so many people talk to me about how they are constantly looking for something to make their bowels move. It's almost a topic of conversation with anyone over 40 but definitely over 50!

As my good friend, Dr. Frank Sabatino in Southern Florida suggests that we should have a church formed and call it "The Church of the Immovable Bowel"! It's guaranteed to pack the house. No pun intended.

But how can we totally avoid that problem and void a couple times a day with ease. And not like some people I know when you go to the public bathrooms and hear the walls of the stalls knocking deluxe as that person is going through some changes just trying to get rid of what's ever in them that's stuck. Now I know this is a fragile topic for me to be sharing with the several thousands of different mindsets that read my weekly messages, but let's address is once and for all and get on with life.

When you wake up in the morning, always have some fresh succulent fruit that's in season and if possible, able to grow in your area. And for goodness sakes, avoid OATMEAL and the like for that time of day. Mid-morning, have some plums or prunes or fresh figs! Hopefully you'll be close to where there's a nice clean restroom because not too long it will be "fat city"!

I'm so blessed with a Plum Tree growing in my front and back yard where there are thousands and thousands of beautiful sweet Japanese Plums only an arm's reach from my front door. After I have my fresh squeezed Orange Juice and do what I normally do every morning to jump start my day positively, I go into my office for a few hours and do what I need to do.

Then I take a salad bowl and go outside and pick Plums for about 20 minutes and so help me, I jivin' back to the bathroom, hummin' a sweet tune. Lord have mercy!

People ask me how I grew the Plum Tree. Shoot, I just threw some Plum Seeds (from a Plum Tree out of a neighbor's yard when they weren't lookin') out there in my flower garden in my front yard and son-of-a-gun if I didn't have a Plum Tree growing the first year. Much like Nature compensating you for the good seeds you throw out to the world and nurture them with the right soil and proper fluids, then bingo, you have a harvest of bountiful fruits (Blessings)!

And I'm also so blessed that I have an elderly lady 3 doors down with 2 of the best Fig Trees I've ever seen. The birds drive her crazy she tells me so I don't want to see her suffer, so I relieve her of as many as she would like for me to. It took a lot of bending my arm, but I finally gave in. Of course next month when the mangoes are in, I give her some of those, as I am so fortunate to get the best Mangoes possible. What in the world would The Mango Man be doing with gnarly Mangoes???

Enjoy a good movement when you savor these foods and it will move you towards a great day with much less stress of a bound bottom!

Since we have to eat anyway, why not enjoy the very best when you eat?

All my clients are ecstatic about what they are eating now and can't believe that this is actually good for them even though it tastes so good. I get feedback immediately from them with surprise, "Wayne, this is actually good for me"?

All my best to you! Always looking forward to hearing of your success stories as they help to change lives. Be good to yourself, as you're the best you got!

PS For a NOON Meal, try to include some Carrots & NON-PICKLED fresh Beets and watch for some good results as well.

In the evening, try to include some Flaxseeds in your salad along with some thinly sliced RAW OKRA! Raw Okra is actually very good. I love it with some Cucumbers and Tomatoes! But for goodness sakes, don't trip and fall when you're rushing to that quiet room as it won't be long!

And usually it's in and out without all that time wasting wondering why it is or isn't doin' what it should be doin'. So what a benefit of time management.
