Merry Christmas and the top of the day to you!

This is a time of year for gift exchanging and I have a good one for you at the end of this message.

This is one of my favorite times of the year as the Citrus is in abundance. But the freeze that just overwhelmed us took its toll on it so I loaded up on it the night before. Michael Staley and I are set for awhile. I don't think they lost the entire crop.

This is just a little something from me to you. I definitely don't make a commission on any of the people who order. But as Michael Staley and I have commented so many times as we go out to the grove and pick the ones we want and eat until we can't eat any more, that how can anyone eat oranges from anywhere else but right there on that little part of heaven. Enough said!

A good friend of mine, Hank Belden has asked me several times along with so many other folks I mail to each week for some mouth watering, easy to make, breakfast shakes. So here goes one of my favorite breakfasts. This is a main stay in my house. And of course all my recipes have the ingredients which are in season as I send them to you.

You'll need some Navel Oranges, which are plentiful right now. Cut open 3 Navel Oranges and put them into the Vita Mix www.vitamix.com/household (use code AMC1 for discount) (or high-powered Blender) on a low speed for 45-60 seconds along with 4 ounces of Fresh Walnuts and Pecans (and you don't need to soak them for this recipe)! That's all and it's excellent.

I picked some Walnuts and Pecans up the other day at the local health food store and make one of these every morning and it's a slam-dunk, 2 Boy Howdy's and a half a dozen Hail Mary's! I go outside and appreciate the day by listening to some birds and the ocean at the end of my street while I love the shake!

While I'm making this, I'm listening to some marketing tapes! Then I come into the office after soaking up on some clean fresh FREE Air! (what a pleasure having my office in my home) Then I put on a new C/D I just picked up from the library (yeah for the library)…George Benson's "Absolute Benson" (which is one of his best = that one's for you, Andrew Scott) and enjoy a day of business.

Life is super when you love what you do!
