Top of the day to you.
I just finished dinner (supper) and the meal tonight after a great workout
was so filling and so EASY to prepare not to mention flat DELICIOUS! Let me
share it with you.
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 pound of fresh green String Beans
- 4 ears of White Sweet Corn on the Cob
- 1 ounce of Flaxseed Oil
- One Quarter teaspoon of Sweet Basil
- One Quarter teaspoon of powdered Sea Kelp
- 1 whole head of Broccoli
In a large cooking pot put your vegetable steamer and add about one half cup
of Distilled Water. Bring to a boil and turn down to a low heat. Then put the
String Beans on the steamer setting the whole ears of Corn on top then surround
the vegetables with the head of Broccoli! Let steam for about 7-10 minutes or
until the String Beans are slightly tender.
Put the corn in a mixing bowl large enough to let them roll around as you pour
one half ounce of the Flaxseed Oil and Sea Kelp over it. Pan the Corn much like
you would be panning for gold as to get the whole ears of Corn fully covered
with the Flaxseed Oil and Sea Kelp.
In another mixing bowl add the String Beans and put the Sweet Basil and the
other half ounce of Flaxseed Oil over the top of them and mix by tossing it
like you would a Caesar Salad. put the String Beans into the bowl that has the
Corn on the Cob in it right next to the Corn on the Cob and place the Broccoli
around all that.
I watched a video and enjoyed that to the max. It can serve two people, but
of course I was hungry after that great workout today so it fed just me. This
is also very high in Protein as well. A great Evening Meal or you could even
have this as a Noon Meal.
Enjoy this and let me hear from you how you like this one.
I have some people ask me, Why bother? = Think of your baby and how special
he or she is to you. If your baby died, look at how rotten you'd feel...well
your folks would feel the same way too. You're very special in the eyes of your
loved ones and more than likely, a lot of other people and I know they'd miss
you desperately! Be good to yourself, as you really are the best you got! Happy
Holidays!
