Top of the day to you.
These are the best Strawberries I've eaten yet. If you were living close to
Daytona Beach, there is an Organic Farmer I see on a pretty consistent basis
and his name is Herb Fitzwater.
He has added a Strawberry Patch that will knock you out. So many strawberries
growing on such a small piece of land he set aside for them. This of course
is only one thing he grows as I get the bulk of my Organic Produce from him.
His phone number is 904-257-6952!
I got a couple quarts of Strawberries from him the other day. And you'll notice
when you get a few pints or so how fast they go bad. Well these organic Strawberries
seemed to last so much longer that I was amazed that they actually lasted for
a week without one of them going bad.
Well this morning I made a recipe that is a winner, I'll guarantee you.
INGREDIENTS:
1 Quart of Strawberries
1 Sectioned Pineapple (Skin removed of course)
3 Navel Oranges
2-4 Ounces of Soaked Pecans
1 Ounce of Blanched Almonds
4 Spearmint Leaves
In a Vita Mix, (hopefully you have one by now. I've been using mine about 4-5
days a week to fix a lot of soups, salad dressings, morning drinks and the like.)
put the Strawberries, peeled Navel Oranges, the Pineapple and the soaked Pecans
(that have soaked in 4 ounces of Distilled Water over night in the Fridge which
you drain before using) in to blend on a low speed for about 20 seconds.
Put into a cereal bowl and top with the 1 ounce of ground up Blanched Almonds.
Then garnish with the Mint Leaves and a couple of the whole Strawberries. This
really starts the day off with an energy boost. And of course these foods are
in season right now. This could easily feed 2 people
Enjoy your Thanksgiving Season. I'm thankful for you as your positive feedback
keeps me going.
No one achieves greatness without being of service. Service to others is the
essence of greatness. All great men and women became great because they gave
some talent or ability in the service of others.
You too can contribute to others, no matter how small your talent.
You too can become great. The truly successful person doesn't use others, other
people use the successful person, for above all the success, is of service.
Everybody has to be somebody to somebody to be anybody. The measure of anyone
is the number of people that they serve. Thanks for being that special somebody
to me during these past two years and my commitment to you is to be that prime
resource health professional in your life. If I can truly serve you, I'm glad
about that!
Happy Thanksgiving!
