Here's one of my Favorite Recipes from my “Combine When you Dine” Recipe Guide! Steam 2 ears of fresh corn, and then remove the kernels from the cob with a fork putting the corn in a dish, which should come to about 2-3 cups of corn. Blend with ½ cup of HOT Distilled water and 2 Teaspoons of fresh parsley and ¼ cup of fresh chopped scallions. Spread this mixture over some TOASTED Home Made BREAD preferably Millet Bread. Try to avoid Wheat and White Bread. Remember, the whiter the bread, the wider the spread, the sooner you're dead! Enjoy this energizing dish and it would be better if you ate this around the noon meal as indicated in “The Perfect Diet Program” that contains over 150 recipes as well!
