"POWER BREAKFAST"

Top of the day to you

I get a lot of folks who tell me they enjoy reading the weekly messages but can't seem to find the ingredients or don't know what some of those ingredients are to boot!

I took that to heart and I know everyone everywhere knows these ingredients and can prepare this one with no sweat. If you prepare this for your first intake in the morning, then mid morning or noon you can have your starch meal, which will help to sustain you through the day. We just produced our newest C/D ROM with over 100 Recipes and 30 Articles on it, which will always help you spend less time in the kitchen and more time doing what you love to do.

Try this: Put 2 Bosc Pears (core removed) + 2 Golden Delicious Apples (core removed) + one quarter cup of soaked Raisins (soak one quarter cup of seedless Raisins in one quarter cup of distilled water) in your blender and blend for about 30 seconds. This is so good I had to make a double batch this morning. I know that too much of a good thing is not good for the body, but this was Boy Howdy if I ever saw one.

Enjoy and stay terrific.

PS. Ideally we should be eating the foods that grow in our type of environment and when they're in season. One of my Inner Circle Members got his blood sugar out of whack for a couple days and I was able to guide him back to health in a short time. He was eating too much fruit for his type of climate and especially those gnarly oranges that they ship into the great white north. Most of the time they are just not good. However, if you like quality organic oranges you can call either Rod Mitchell at the Eagle's Nest Grove in Crescent City, FL @ 904-698-2484 or 904-698-4351 or Dave Fedor in DeLand, FL @ 386-985-1655 or 386-717-9577. Let them know I sent you.

They have the finest oranges money can buy and best of all THEY'RE CHEAP AS THE DICKENS AND ARE ALL ORGANIC! Plus they're just great folks to do business with.

When you prepare foods, it's most important to prepare the foods that suit the type of climate you are in. Since I live in the warmer south, I give out a lot of recipes I eat here and neglected to think about the folks who live way up thar'! This 'Power Breakfast' is a great northern type of breakfast.

But since the Bosc Pears and Golden Delicious Apples ripen after they're picked, then it's ok to eat them in the south too. If you would like to have a list of those foods that ripen after they're picked, let me know & I will get that out to you right away. My New Year's Gift to you.
