(Ideal for an evening meal with your favorite FISH Dish)
In a skillet put ½ ounce of Flaxseed oil. Put the heat on Medium to Medium
high. Lightly brown a chopped Onion then add some chopped celery + 1 ounce of
distilled water. Let simmer for about 5 minutes. At this point add 1 sliced tomato
and some fresh basil. Let simmer for another 2 minutes and add several ½
inch sliced summer squash for another 3 minutes. After it's finished, put it in
on a plate and sprinkle 4 ounces of some ground (in a coffee grinder) raw cashews
and almonds over the top. This is an ideal recipe with 4-6 ounces of salmon or
your favorite non-shellfish recipe!
