Nutritional Counseling via the phone is on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday ONLY in no more than 30 minute sessions from 11 AM to 1 PM and from 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM [EST]. You will be assigned a private e-mail address for e-mail messages. This way you’ll have first priority of the several hundreds of e-mails messages we receive each week. If the questions are too complex for an answer via e-mail I will let you know so you can call during those times listed above.

I'll spend a ten-(10) hour day with you at your home! We will completely redo your kitchen, replacing the old with the new. You must live within a 20-mile radius of Daytona Beach, FL. (Additional mileage will be negotiable.)

4. We'll store the food again.
